Oliver Garcia is an attorney in private practice in the Washington, D.C. area. With over twenty-

five years’ experience as a litigator and counselor, Mr. Garcia has represented clients at all

stages of trials, appeals, and arbitrations. He has broad experience in diverse areas of the

law, including significant experience in healthcare litigation, compliance, and corporate

governance.

 

After graduating from Columbia University, Mr. Garcia attended the University of Texas

School of Law where he graduated in 1995 with honors. Previously, Mr. Garcia practiced at

Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C.

 

Mr. Garcia is practices in numerous federal courts across the country and is a member of the

bars of the State of Texas, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
