Liz is principal of ArlvaHomes, a residential real estate company with over $120M in sales since 2016.  Prior to the launch of her real estate career, she was a practicing attorney and US diplomat.  Inspired by her experience battling breast cancer and hair loss during chemotherapy, she founded and operates non-profit Cold Capital Fund. Since its founding in 2018, the organization has provided over $100,000 in financial assistance to DC/MD/VA chemotherapy patients trying to prevent hair loss using cold caps/scalp cooling.
